Got a haircut!

Last December 22, I decided to cut my locks!

Since I was in my senior year in highschool, I had long hair with curls at the end. And now, since already 2013, I decided that I should have a new look! :)

It was very heartbreaking to see almost 8 inches of my hair on the floor, but I guess it was worth it!

I got my hair done at Tony and Jackey's, SM Manila.

After I got my haircut, I've been getting a lot of compliments, but of course a lot of my friends also told me that I just wasted my hair because they really liked my long and curly locks. I don't regret getting a haircut though, 'cause my new hair just feels very light and easy to style.

My 1st tattoo! ♥

So today, I got my first (and hopefully ONLY) tattoo done.
It's a kid's cursive handwriting of "carpe diem".
"Carpe diem" - French quote that means "Seize the day"
I chose this quote as my tattoo because it serves as an inspiration to me.

FAQs:

• How much did it cost?

I only spent Php 250 on it because my blockmate's friend was the one who did the tattoo, so I only paid for the needle that was used.

• Where did I get it done? (Place)

I got it done at the tattoo artist's house.

• Where did I get it done? (Body part)

My tattoo's located on my side. Rib cage, right side, below the bra line.

• Did it hurt?

From a scale of 1-10, I would rate the pain about only 2-5.  

Actually, based from my friends that have tattoos and reviews I found on the internet, the rib cage is the part that would hurt the most if you got a tattoo. I was expecting a lot more pain than I felt, considering that I have a low tolerance in pain. My friend, that also got a tatto, actually cried, but I found it sort of ticklish, seriously.

I got my left ear pierced!

Hi guys! It's been a month since I last posted here :(

While I was browsing photos on Tumblr, I finally got the determination to blog on a regular basis again. So, I decided to start off with my new piercing! :)

Yesterday, I got my ear pierced with my friend, Mimay. We were supposed to get pierced at Needle Juice because it was the closest piercing shop from Benilde. But when I found out that they use a needle, instead of a piercing gun, we backed out and looked for another shop. 

We decided to get pierced at Silverworks, Robinson's Ermita.

After we got our ears pierced, Mimay and I dropped by this cute accessory shop, Diva. There are a LOT of pretty and chic accessories there! We purchased these two:

The pair that's missing is the "peace sign" earring that I'm wearing on the previous photos.

The piece that's missing here is just a plain bronze stud.

I got my ear pierced for just Php90. The only thing you have to pay for is the earring and the piercing itself was free. The earrings cost Php180 per pair, so me and Mimay shared.

The 2 packs of earrings we bought costed only Php450 because Diva had a "buy one, take one" promo.

Je t'aime

Hi guys! So today, I got a henna that says "je t'aime" which is French for "I love you" ♥

Me and my friend, Trisia, got inked at Needle Juice, a tattoo and piercing salon located at the 2nd floor of  D'Students Place building along Taft, Vito Cruz. 

I was supposed to get a henna of "carpe diem" but I changed my mind on the last minute.

So here are some photos that I took :)

For those who are curious, my henna costed only Php 100 :)

This is my 3rd henna. My first two hennas were a Chinese version of my name on my leg and a huge butterfly on my nape and I both got them when I was a freshman in high school. 

To tell you the truth, I don't really like my henna. I guess after this one fades. I'll try another design again until I find something I really like, then I might get a tattoo of it.

Oh and by the way, this is Trisia's henna. "Let it be"

And I think I like her henna better than my own :( Hahaha.

Tattoo Ideas

Hi guys! So I'm planning on getting inked some time soon.

I'll be getting a henna first next week, then if I like it, I'll get a tattoo.

Polaroid

So hi guys! A lot of people have been asking how/where I make my "polaroid" pictures I've used in my previous posts, and on Facebook & twitter.

 

Well, I don't actually "make" them. I use a polaroid generator I found out from Mariam.
It's called the Poladroid Generator and you can download it from here.

It's just a small file size so downloading it will be easy :)

Since I got confused on using it for the first time, I'd like to share with you guys how to use it:
1. Open the generator. The generator, once opened, looks literally like a Polaroid camera.
2. Click and drag your chosen photo onto the generator.
3. You will have to wait for a few minutes for the photo to "dry up" or finish processing.
4. Once done, there will be a sound effect and a red ribbon marked below the photo.
Viola, you're done! Hope you guys have fun using it as much as I did.

Today was supposed to be my NSTP day. Classes got suspended because of the inclement weather though. Since we had nothing to do, my parents decided to visit our house in BF Homes, Las Pinas and go to Rockwell after. Unfortunately, my parents got lazy and decided not to go at all. Gym class

I really dislike our P.E. class, because for my 2nd term, we'll be focusing on table tennis - which I'm really bad at. Well, actually, I really suck at sports. I have absolutely no future in sports, haha.

THORsday

This is a late blog post, but you know what they say, it's better late than never! :)

So, yesterday, September 13, I had a 3-hour break. It may sound fun 'cause it's such a long time, but it actually isn't. It'svery hard to think of stuff to do for 3 hours :( 

So, we just went racing at Techsim, located in the 2nd floor of the U-Mall. After this, we went to the LRC (Learning Resource Center or the library) and watched a movie. I was with my blockmates Kat and Trisia. I watched The Last Song while Kat watched Serendipity and Trisia watched The Notebook. 

After our classes, we went to the SDA (School of Design and Arts) campus to visit our friend, Jj.

It looks dark but it was only 5:45 PM when we took this shot in the corridor of the 11th floor, SDA campus.

We stayed there and made videos for like an hour, so much fun!
